ORDER
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed, it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as the supplier is unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you. Any incorrect address details will often result in the parcel being returned to the sender, in which case you will be charged for re-delivery.
SHIPPING POLICY
As a marketplace, Sundiata-Industrie does not ship or deliver any products. The responsibility for shipping and delivery of products lies solely with the Supplier and the Buyer. It is the responsibility of the Supplier and the Buyer to arrange for shipping and delivery of the products, and to ensure that the products are delivered in a timely and satisfactory manner. Sundiata-Industrie does not accept any liability for any delays or issues related to shipping and delivery.
REFUND POLICY
Sundiata-Industrie does not provide any refunds or returns for products purchased through the Site. All purchases made through the Site are final and non-refundable. If a Buyer receives a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, the Buyer should contact the Supplier directly to arrange for a resolution. Sundiata-Industrie is not responsible for any issues related to the quality or condition of the products, and is not liable for any losses or damages incurred by the Buyer as a result of the purchase or use of any products listed on the Site. It is the responsibility of the Supplier and the Buyer to communicate and resolve any issues that may arise in connection with the purchase and sale of products through the Site.
